Disconnect: Prepare for a true retreat with no interruptions—this means leaving behind phone calls, visits, and business matters.

Trust Your Sponsor: Rest assured that your sponsor will have all necessary emergency numbers and will be available to handle any family needs.
Comfort

Clothing: Pack comfortable, casual clothes. Bring a sweater for the air-conditioned conference room and a lightweight rain jacket or umbrella for walking between buildings.

Linens: Bring your own sheets, a pillow, pillowcase, blanket, and towels. Important: Place these in a plastic garbage bag so they can be labeled and kept with your luggage.

Essentials: Bring your own daily toiletries.
Community

The Flow: Expect to spend most of your time in a large conference room, with walks between your cottage, the dining hall, and the chapel.

Food is Covered: Do not worry about bringing snacks. You definitely will not go hungry!

Bring the Joy: If you know any short, clean, and funny jokes, bring them along to share.

What to Leave Behind: No bathing suits needed—there is no diving off the dock!
Arrival

The Schedule: Please double-check your dates to ensure you can attend without conflict. If you are unable to attend, notify your sponsor and the Registrar immediately.

Transportation: Your sponsor will arrange your transportation for both Thursday evening and your Sunday return home.

Where & When: Meet in the Leesburg area by 7:00 PM at the Warren Willis Camp & Conference Center in Fruitland Park, FL. You will be directed to the building for check-in upon arrival.
